The proposed REACH regulations will affect the fine and specialty chemicals sector more than any other sector, especially the SMEs. As the future prosperity of the sector requires the legislation to be workable and affordable, this is EFCG’s most important business issue. We are working with both Cefic and the Alliance of SMEs to achieve a satisfactory outcome.

The members of the REACH Committee are also members of the Board.
